The Síminn Premium television platform has officially highlighted the series Cold Haven as the most popular program of the moment, ranking it in first place among the most watched productions. The information was communicated through the institutional website, which presents the series at the top of subscribers' preferences, reinforcing its impact and relevance in the platform's current entertainment offering.

The series' position at the top of this ranking reflects its dynamism and ability to attract viewers, an essential metric for strengthening the platform's content strategy.

Cold Haven, a SPi production in partnership with Icelandic production company Glassriver, filmed between Iceland and Portugal, is the first co-production between the two countries, combining Nordic noir style with visual and narrative influences from southern Europe.

In Cold Haven, the physical isolation of the island reflects the emotional isolation of the characters, creating an atmosphere of suspense, introspection, and moral dilemma. At the center of the plot is Maria, played by Maria João Bastos, a Portuguese woman who emigrates to the remote island of Vestmannaeyjar, Iceland, in search of a new life for herself and her teenage daughter Bela, played by Catarina Rebelo.

After its official premiere in Iceland on November 18, this incredible story is now preparing to be released very soon in Portugal on RTP.
